Four people, including myself, were waiting in line to purchase items off the shelf and there was only one person at the counter. I waited for at least ten minutes and still no service. A parts delivery guy walked out of the store and did not even acknowledge we were even there. Additionally, the one guy at the counter didn't say welcome to Advance Auto or tell us he would be with us as soon as possible. It sounded like there were other employees in the building but the guy did not call for help. I put back the item that I wanted to purchase and walked out of the store.The customer service at some Advance Auto Parts stores is not good. In the future I will stop coming to Advance and just go to one of your competitors. I was at the store on 7/21/16 at 12:40 p.m.Lunch time should be covered by at least two people because not only do your employees go to lunch, we the customer do as well. So if we are coming into your store there should be a minimum of two employees there at all times. It is also a safety issue, if the one employee hurts themselves while there alone, he or she would not have assistance if they were injured seriously.Top management needs to look at these issues and address them before you lose other customers.
